We offer express shipping through Australia Post service on all orders, with a flat rate of $13.00 AUD with in Australia. As soon as your order has been placed it is sent away to be packed and gifted wrapped with a customised prescription form from one of our skin experts, there for it is not able to be edited, added or cancelled once submitted online.

How long does shipping take?

All orders received during normal business hours between Monday & Friday are processed for shipment within 24 hours. Most metro delivers will arrive next day. For regional delivers please allow an extra 3-5 business days. In the case of any delays to processing times you will be notified via email. Thanks for your understanding.

How Much Is Shipping?

Tracking My Order

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. Once your oder has left our head office you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking details to track the progress of your oder.

What Happens If My Order is lost or damaged?

In the unlikely event your order is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service team at hello@gisborneskinclinic.com.au so we can assist you as soon as possible.

Incorrect Item 

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty. Please take photos of item and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Unfortunately Gisborne Skin Clinic currently only delivers within Australia.
