Your appointment begins with our signature double cleanse, preparing the skin before your bespoke CoolPeel® treatment is performed by one of our experienced Skin Health Professionals using the DEKA Tetra PRO CO₂ laser.
Following your laser treatment, a professional-grade cooling sheet masque is applied to instantly calm, hydrate and comfort the skin while supporting the early stages of recovery. Your appointment concludes with tailored post-treatment skincare and expert aftercare advice to ensure optimal healing and results.
To further enhance your recovery and maximise your outcome, we strongly recommend scheduling an LED Light Therapy treatment approximately two weeks following your CoolPeel® procedure. LED Light Therapy is one of the most researched technologies in aesthetic medicine, helping to accelerate skin recovery, reduce residual inflammation, support collagen production and soften the temporary gritty texture often experienced during the healing process.

During the laser treatment, most guests describe the sensation as a warm prickling feeling on the skin that is very tolerable.

Aftercare
For the first five days following treatment, simplicity is key.
Follow your prescribed home-care routine, keep the skin well hydrated, avoid active skincare ingredients unless advised otherwise, and refrain from wearing makeup for a minimum of 24–48 hours.
Daily broad-spectrum SPF is essential throughout your healing period and beyond.
Downtime
Most guests experience approximately 4–7 days of downtime, depending on the treatment intensity and individual skin concerns.
Redness is expected immediately following treatment, with the skin gradually developing a fine rough texture before naturally exfoliating over several days.
